Live Music

Music City is a unique place where even the karaoke bars are filled with talented up and coming artists or the occasional music star and it’s not all Country.  Find live music every night at Honkey Tonks along Broadway and 2nd Avenue downtown, get tickets to the world-famous Bluebird Café for songwriters night, enjoy Bluegrass at the historic Station Inn, catch a show at the Grand Ole Opry, or check out a variety of music at other venues across the city.  www.visitmusiccity.com/music/livemusic/musicvenues

Nashville is filled with boutique shopping.  Check out the Gulch, Hillsboro Village, 12th South, Green Hills, and East Nashville for local shopping hot spots.  Some of our favorites include Sisters of Nature, Castilleja, Cadeau, White’s Mercantile, Draper James, Two Old Hippies, and Pangea.  For tourists looking to take home souvenirs, you will find numerous stores tucked between restaurants and honky-tonks along Broadway.  And when you want to ship something home, check out our High Note Gifts shop page for all things “Made in Nashville.”
