The Nashville Jam Company

The Nashville Jam Company was started by Cortney and Gary Baron after having more fruits and vegetables than they could handle from their own garden.  They started making strawberry jalapeno jam, peach habanero jam, and six pepper jelly and giving it to family and friends at Christmas.  The response was overwhelming and they soon began selling their jams at farmers markets across the Nashville area.

As their sales began to grow, The Nashville Jam Company moved into a commercial kitchen and started wholesaling to other retailers in town.  They’re now carried locally and across the country by retailers, but every jar is still filled in small batches by hand.

Their secret to making delicious jam?  Every jar is all natural.  No high fructose corn syrup, no juice concentrates.  Only real sugar, real fruit, and lemon juice.
