Olive & Sinclair is Tennessee’s only bean-to-bar stoneground chocolate maker. Every bar of chocolate is hand crafted in Nashville from slow-roasted and stone ground single origin beans and combined with brown sugar for a unique flavor.
Although they started with chocolate, Olive & Sinclair has branched out to Bourbon Brittle, Duck Fat Caramels, and more.
In 2014, their Duck Fat Caramels won Garden & Gun’s Made in the South Award and in 2016, they were named by Southern Living as one of the 50 Best Places in the South Now.
Their unique flavors and fine craftsmanship has caught the attention of Nashville and the rest of the country.
