Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order ship?
Most gifts ship the next business day after your order is received. Our gifts are carefully packaged and made-to-order, often with custom details and handwritten notes. We strive to get all orders shipped as quickly as possible, but during peak Holiday gift season, gifts may take longer to ship.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use FedEx for all shipments unless the mailing address provided is a P.O. Box. All gifts shipped to a P.O. Box are shipped USPS Priority mail. Shipping times from Nashville, TN from date shipped to arrival are estimated as follows:
- FedEx Ground/USPS Priority - 1 to 4 business days
- FedEx 2-Day - 2 business days
You will always receive an email notification when your gift has shipped, along with the tracking number so you can ensure it arrives to you or your recipient.
The FedEx 2-Day shipping options that FedEx will strive to deliver the package in 2 days from their receipt of the package and does not include the order processing time that it takes us to get the gift packaged and dropped off to FedEx.
Can you ship Internationally?
We can ship to some countries outside the United States, but currently do not have the ability to take orders online for international shipments. Shipping charges are significantly higher for international shipments and some countries do not accept certain imports. To inquire about a specific country, please email us at email@example.com with the suggested shipping location and product desired.
If I am ordering a gift, will my recipient see how much I paid for it?
We do not include pricing details with shipments.
How will my gift be packaged?
We never charge extra for gift wrapping. Every item purchased comes carefully hand packaged, tied with a solid satin ribbon bow, and includes a handwritten message on a quality folding card, personalized by you at no extra charge.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know how we can improve. We will gladly offer refunds or replacements for damaged goods or other unacceptable items. At this time, we do not offer exchanges on any merchandise and cannot take returns on food products.
Why do you focus on products made in Nashville?
Nashville is our home town and the more that we fell in love with this city, the more we wanted to share it with the rest of the world. We strive to support local markers and our city by curating quality gifts made in Nashville for personal, corporate, wedding, and event gift needs.
Can you include other items I want packaged in a gift?
We are happy to include items that you may want packaged with a gift. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can arrange to have the item(s) picked up or shipped to us.
Do you offer co-branding options for corporate gifts?
Yes, whether it’s adding your company logo to a handwritten notecard, tailoring the ribbon color to match your corporate logo, or customizing the selection of products inside, we offer personalization options for corporate gifts. Most options are available at no additional cost. Certain custom requests may incur additional charges. Please email us at email@example.com for more details.
Do you have a storefront or local pick-up option?
We are an e-commerce business and do not currently have a storefront or local pick-up option. We do offer local delivery to businesses and hotels in the Nashville area.
