What is your refund policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know how we can improve.  We will gladly offer refunds or replacements for damaged goods or other unacceptable items.  At this time, we do not offer exchanges on any merchandise and cannot take returns. All sales are final once the gift leaves the High Note Gifts warehouse.

 

Why did you substitute an item in the gift I ordered?

Occasionally items in a gift set may have to be unexpectedly substituted with equally unique and valuable replacements.  We will always strive to find the very best replacements if something does require a substitute.  We do not offer refunds for items due to substituting as this is, on a rare occasion, a requirement for us to continue to ship orders quickly for our customers.

 

What if my order was returned to sender?  

If a gift has been returned to us for an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be given the opportunity to provide a new shipping address and pay a $16.00 reshipment fee.  You can alternatively pick up the gift locally at no cost.  As a small business, we’re unable to simply refund orders that did not arrive at the destination due to an incorrect address provided.

 

How is the gift packaged for shipping?
