Sarah Souther started Bang Candy Company after discovering the joys of handmade marshmallows. Experimenting in the kitchen, Sarah developed a rose cardamom marshmallow and shared them with friends for a birthday treat. They were an instant hit!
With encouragement from friends, Sarah developed the Bang Candy Company brand and launched as an artisan marshmallow company in 2010. The marshmallows are all inspired by artisanal flavors using all natural ingredients and handmade in small batches.
To expand their product line, syrups, honeycomb candies, barks, caramels, and more were soon added. Each confection is a creative taste of unique flavors and textures.
